Can a broken necklace be purchased?

Yes, even if it is broken, we are still able to purchase it, though the price will be reduced.

Are old items also accepted?

Yes, old items are of course accepted. Rare vintage pieces may also command premium prices.

Will I get a higher price if I have the original box or dust bag?

All accessories must be present for an item to qualify as new condition. Otherwise, having or not having the box or dust bag does not affect the purchase price.

Can rings with engravings be purchased?

Yes, items with engravings can be purchased, but the appraisal price will be reduced.

Are customized items accepted?

Items repaired or customized with aftermarket diamonds or third-party parts may not be accepted in some cases.

What Cartier items sell for the highest prices?
