Are damaged or worn Chanel items accepted?

Chanel has many buyers even for damaged or worn pieces. As long as the item is not outside our acceptance criteria, we can make an offer regardless of condition.

Are old or vintage Chanel items accepted?

Yes. Chanel items from 20โ€“30 years ago are popular and can fetch high prices. Haute couture pieces from over 30 years ago are also accepted.

Will I get a higher price if I have the original box or dust bag?

All accessories must be present for an item to qualify as new condition. Otherwise, having or not having the box or dust bag does not affect the purchase price.

Are re-colored Chanel items accepted?

We can purchase re-colored leather goods, but the appraisal value will be lower as re-coloring increases difficulty of resale.

Are customized Chanel items accepted?

Items repaired or customized with aftermarket parts (e.g. aftermarket diamonds or third-party components) may not be accepted in some cases.

Can Chanel items without a serial sticker be purchased?

If there is evidence that a serial sticker was once attached (adhesive residue), the appraisal value remains similar. If no evidence can be confirmed, it will result in a lower valuation due to increased resale difficulty.

What Chanel items sell for the highest prices?

Vintage items from 20โ€“30 years ago tend to have the highest resale value. Rare and limited Chanel pieces also command higher appraisal prices.
