Please send your items for appraisal by courier.
We will let you know the purchase or consignment price.
If you apply, we will send you a box and an application form.
If you have a preferred date and time for kit delivery or for the courier to pick up the package, please specify it using the form.
Once the kit arrives, please pack the items with reference to the instruction manual and send them.
We will email you after the items arrive. The buyer will appraise the items and provide the purchase or consignment sales amount on your My Page.
Log in to My Page and choose either purchase, consignment, or return for each item. If you choose return, there will be no return shipping fee.
If you choose the buyback option, the buyback amount will be reflected in your My Page immediately. Please register your bank account for the transfer and submit a transfer request.
※For consignment sales, the amount after deducting the sales commission will be reflected once the sale is completed.

We provide appraisal results within 24 hours of receiving your items. Payment is processed immediately upon acceptance of our offer.
Yes, foreign residents living in Japan are welcome to use our service. We offer support in English, Chinese, and Korean. We also have Vietnamese staff members available. Please contact us via email for assistance.
Our service is limited to domestic shipping only. We are unable to send the kit to addresses outside of Japan.
