If you choose direct sale, the amount is immediately reflected on your My Page. Register your bank account and request a transfer.

Are damaged or worn Hermès items accepted?

As long as the item is not outside our acceptance criteria, we can make an offer on Hermès items in any condition.

Are old or vintage Hermès items accepted?

Yes. Vintage Hermès pieces are in high demand and can often be purchased at premium prices.

Will I get a higher price if I have the original box or dust bag?

All accessories must be present for an item to qualify as new condition. Otherwise, having or not having the box or dust bag does not affect the purchase price.

Are re-colored Hermès items accepted?

We can purchase re-colored leather goods, but the appraisal value will be lower as re-coloring affects resale value.
