Are heavily worn or broken Prada items accepted?

Prada items can be purchased in any condition, as long as the item is not outside our acceptance criteria.

Are old items also accepted?

Yes. Prada has actively purchased vintage items, including vintage nylon bags, which can command premium prices.

Will I get a higher price if I have the original box or dust bag?

All accessories must be present for an item to qualify as new condition. Otherwise, having or not having the box or dust bag does not affect the purchase price. Missing clessette or keys do not significantly affect the appraisal, but a missing shoulder strap is treated as a missing part and will impact the valuation.

Are items without a guarantee card or retailer stamp accepted?

Yes. Prada items without a guarantee card, or parallel import items without a retailer name, are also accepted.
