Moncler FAQ

Are heavily stained or dirty Moncler items accepted?

Moncler items can be purchased in any condition, as long as the item is not outside our acceptance criteria. Items with some mold or torn down fabric are also accepted.

Are old or vintage Moncler items accepted?

Yes. Vintage Moncler down jackets, including those with brown or blue tags, are actively purchased. We also welcome vintage Moncler pieces from the Asics era.

Does having accessories like the hood or shoulder strap affect the price?

Triangle tags, product tags, and hangers do not affect the appraisal result. However, missing hoods or shoulder straps are treated as missing parts and will result in a reduced purchase price. Please include all accessories when submitting for appraisal.

Are customized items with patches accepted?

Yes, they can be purchased, but patches that did not originally come with the item — such as self-sewn Moncler patches — will result in a reduced appraisal price.
